Ako pojedete oko sedam na dan, za\u0161titi\u0107ete se od bolesti i sniziti nivo holesterola u krvi, tvrde oni.<\/p>\n<p>Orasi sadr\u017ee visok nivo polifenola, anitoksidansa koji mo\u017ee da za\u0161titi tijelo od molekula koji o\u0161te\u0107uju tkivo. Na listi devet ko\u0161tunjavih vo\u0107ki koje se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e konzumiraju, orah je imao najve\u0107i sadr\u017eaj polifenola, otkrivaju testovi. On je objasnio da su orasi, po tim kvalitetima, iznad svih ostalih, \u010dak i kada su pe\u010deni.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Vinson ka\u017ee da je dovoljno samo sedam oraha na dan kako bi se dobili korisni sadr\u017eaji.
