Najbolji efekat ima ako se jede kuvan ili pe\u010den.<\/p>\n<p>Tokom istra\u017eivanja ispitanici su svakodnevno jeli \u0161est do osam krompira veli\u010dine loptice za golf, za ru\u010dak ili ve\u010deru. Ve\u0107ina testiranih bila je gojazna i uzimala je redovnu terapiju za sni\u017eavanje pritiska. Posle mesec dana \u201ekrompir tretmana\u201c krvni pritisak zna\u010dajno je pao, \u0161to navodi na zaklju\u010dak da je ova namirnica delotvornija od tableta. Tako\u0111e, nijedan od ispitanika nije dobio na te\u017eini za vreme testa.<\/p>\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci savetuju da je krompir dobro jesti sa korom, jer se tamo \u201ckriju\u201c najzdraviji sastojci.
