Rije\u010d je o signalima koji nastaju kada molekuli u &#8216;kosi&#8217; apsorbuju i emituju zra\u010denje na talasnim du\u017einama karakteristi\u010dnim za hidroksilne radikale (OH).<\/p>\n<p>Ovi radikali nastaju kada Sun\u010deva svjetlost razla\u017ee molekule vode oslobo\u0111ene tokom zagrijavanja kometarnog jezgra \u2013 proces poznat kao outgassing. Drugim rije\u010dima, kometa se pona\u0161a ba\u0161 onako kako se od komete i o\u010dekuje.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, 3I\/ATLAS je tre\u0107i potvr\u0111eni objekat koji nam dolazi iz me\u0111uzvezdanog prostora, poslije \u2018Oumuamue i komete 2I\/Borisov.
