Nakon toga napravite pauzu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Priprema \u010daja:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1-2 ka\u0161i\u010dice korijena sladi\u0107a prelijte hladnom vodom, kratko prokuvajte, pa ostavite da odstoji 20 minuta (povremeno promije\u0161ajte). Potom procijedite i popijte.<\/p>\n<p>Ako koristite tinkturu, uzimajte po 25 kapi (1 ml) ekstrakta sladi\u0107a triput dnevno u vodi ili soku. Izbjegavajte paradajiz, citrusno vo\u0107e, kao i \u010de\u0161njak i luk.<\/p>\n<p>Nemojte jesti prekasno, a u ve\u010dernjim satima izbjegavajte gazirana pi\u0107a, pr\u017eenu hranu i slatki\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Smanjite obroke te jedite vi\u0161e puta na dan po malo. Hranu \u0161to vi\u0161e usitnite te dobro pro\u017eva\u010dite prije gutanja kako ne biste opteretili \u017eeludac.<\/p>\n<p>Ne prejedajte se, zavr\u0161ite s jelom prije nego \u0161to osjetite sitost (u tome \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i polagano \u017evakanje hrane).<\/p>\n<p>Konzumirajte kuvano lisnato povr\u0107e poput blitve, spana\u0107a ili pak keleraba.
