Prvog dana o\u010disti se rektum.<\/p>\n<p>2. Drugog dana iz tijela se ne uklanjaju samo otrovi, ve\u0107 i soli koje se talo\u017ee u zglobovima, kao i naslage kalcijuma.<\/p>\n<p>3.Tre\u0107eg dana tijelo prima vlakna bogata mineralima.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u010cetvrti dan posve\u0107en je oboga\u0107ivanju krvi, limfnog sistema i uop\u0161te svih organa hranjivim materijama.<\/p>\n<p>Glavne odredbe prehrane<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prvi dan:<\/strong> mo\u017eete jesti samo vo\u0107e i piti prirodne (bez konzervansa) sokove. Na temelju mog iskustva naturopata, preporu\u010dam jesti jabuke, kru\u0161ke, bobice, lubenicu, breskve i tre\u0161nje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drugi dan:<\/strong> pijemo \u010dajeve. Mo\u017eete odabrati ono \u0161to vam se svi\u0111a: malina, kupina, kamilica, metvica, kantarion, \u010daj od limuna ili drugi, ali uvijek prirodan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tre\u0107i dan:<\/strong> jedite bilo koje povr\u0107e, ali samo sirovo, pirjano ili kuvano na pari. Morate ih kuhati u vlastitom soku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cetvrti dan:<\/strong> skuvajte veliki lonac povrtne juhe. U njen sastav preporu\u010dujem uno\u0161enje razli\u010ditog kupusa (kupus, brokula, cvjeta\u010da, koraba itd.), zelenu papriku, luk, per\u0161in, bijeli luk i bilo koje drugo povr\u0107e kakvo vam du\u0161a \u017eeli. Li\u010dno volim dodati pasulj, tikvice, celer, per\u0161in, repu, kopar \u2013 to su biljke koje je priroda obdarila maksimalnom koli\u010dinom organskog natrijuma.
