Ruke prvo zagrijte trljanjem ili pod mlazom tople vode.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u017emirite, pokrijte o\u010di dlanovima (ali ih ne pritiskajte i neka vam pal\u010devi budu lagano naslonjeni na slepoo\u010dnice). Otvorite o\u010di da se uvjerite da ste rukama u potpunosti blokirali svijetlo. Ponovo za\u017emurite. Opustite se i di\u0161ite duboko (ruke su vam jo\u0161 uvijjek na o\u010dima). Poku\u0161ajte da zamislite potpuni mrak, mirni, opu\u0161taju\u0107i. Ako vam ne uspijeva onda zamislite kako po bijelom papiru crtate krug crnim flomasterom.
