U periodu niske solarne aktivnosti termosfera se hladi i smanjuje, ali sada je do&scaron;lo do trostruko ve\u0107eg uru&scaron;avanja nego &scaron;to je to uobi\u010dajeno u slu\u010daju smanjene solarne aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Nau\u010dnik John Emmert, koji rukovodi istra\u017eivanjem, kazao je da je do uru&scaron;avanja 30 posto termosfere do&scaron;lo zbog niske aktivnosti Sunca, dok je do oko 10 posto uru&scaron;avanja do&scaron;lo zbog vi&scaron;ka CO2.
