Leonardo Fibonacci (1170\u20141250), tako\u0111e poznatog i kao Leonardo iz Pize, Leonardo Pizano, Leonardo Bona\u010di ili Leonardo Pizano Bigolo.<\/p>\n<p>Fibona\u010di je bio matemati\u010dar koji je smatran \u201enajtalentovanijim zapadnim matemati\u010darem srednjeg vijeka\u201d. Ime Fibona\u010di, po kome je danas poznat, nastalo je 1838. g<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/3\/35\/Fibonacci2.jpg\/200px-Fibonacci2.jpg\" srcset=\"\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/3\/35\/Fibonacci2.jpg\/300px-Fibonacci2.jpg 1.5x, \/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/3\/35\/Fibonacci2.jpg\/400px-Fibonacci2.jpg 2x\" alt=\"Fibonacci2.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"229\" data-file-width=\"787\" data-file-height=\"900\" \/>odine, a osmislio ga je francuski matemati\u010dar Gijom Libri i predstavlja skra\u0107enicu od filius Bonacci (sin Bona\u010dija)<\/p>\n<p>Fibona\u010di je u svom radu iz aritmetike i algebre: Ra\u010dun, tj. Knjiga o abakusu (Liber abaci, 1202), glorifikovao hindu-arapski sistem brojeva. Jedan iz njegovog dugog niza problema je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matematika.edu.rs\/fibonacijev-niz-u-prirodi-saznaj-gde-si-video-njegovu-pravilnost-da-nisi-ni-primetio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fibona\u010dijev niz<\/a>. U kasnijem radu, Knjizi o kvadratnim brojevima (Liber quadratorum, 1225) u\u010dinio je prvi napredak zapadne civilizacije u aritmetici, od vremena Diofanta.<\/p>\n<p>Slavljenje Fibona\u010dija daje nam priliku da se divimo na\u010dinu na koji matematika pro\u017eima sve oko nas. Fibona\u010dijev niz mo\u017ee se koristiti za izra\u010dunavanje proporcija bezbroj stvari na Zemlji i \u0161ire, kao \u0161to su \u017eivotinje, biljke, vremenski obrasci, pa \u010dak i galaksije.
