Koli\u010dina vode od pojedinca do pojedinca nije se naro\u010dito razlikovala, prenosi Geek.hr.<\/p>\n<p>Ustanovljeno je da pove\u0107anje dnevne potro\u0161nje vode izme\u0111u 1 do 3 \u010da\u0161e korelira sa smanjenjem ukupnog dnevnog unosa energije za 69 do 206 kalorija. 206 kalorija za 17 dana predstavlja pola kilograma masti. Smanjio se i unos \u0161e\u0107era izme\u0111u 6 i 8 grama, natrijuma izme\u0111u 78 i 235 miligrama te holesterol izme\u0111u 7 i 21 gram.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPostoje dva razloga za\u0161to voda mo\u017ee u\u010diniti ljude suzdr\u017eanijima u jelu\u201d, tvrdi glavni autor studije Ruopeng An. \u201cPrvo, u\u010dinak supstitucije, ljudi piju vodu umjesto slatkih pi\u0107a. Drugo, mo\u017eda se osje\u0107aju zadovoljeni s trbuhom punim vode pa ne jedu toliko grickalica.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dosada\u0161nja su istra\u017eivanja ve\u0107inom bila podijeljena oko toga poma\u017ee li voda gubitku kilograma. Jennifer Kuk, profesorica kineziologije na kanadskom Jorku, smatra da postoji odre\u0111ena istina u tome da pijenje vode mo\u017ee smanjiti potrebu za kalorijama.
