Smanjuje o\u0161te\u0107enje oksidativnog stresa i nivoe kortizola, smanjuje sistemsku upalu i besplatno je.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nema odmora za organizam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr Rajan je nastavio: \u201eOsnovna temperatura na\u0161eg tijela mora da padne da bi se po\u010delo spavati.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDakle, ni\u017ea temperatura vas pribli\u017eava ciljanoj temperaturi spavanja va\u0161eg tijela, tako da zaspite mnogo br\u017ee.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;U isto vrijeme kada je toplije, tijelo naporno radi da poku\u0161a da snizi temperaturu. Sme\u0111a mast poma\u017ee u regulisanju holesterola, glukoze u krvi i pobolj\u0161ava osetljivost na insulin&#8221;.
