Ukus je djelmi\u010dno odre\u0111en &#8220;genetikom&#8221;, ka\u017ee australijska studija objavljena u nau\u010dnom \u010dasopisu Nature.<\/p>\n<p>Studija je koristila vrlo velik uzorak, a cilj joj je bio pokazati da percepcija gor\u010dine uti\u010de na konzumaciju \u010daja ili kafe, kazao je Daniel Liang-Dar Hwang sa sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Brisbejnu, koautor studije.<\/p>\n<p>U njoj se ka\u017ee da su one osobe koje su osjetljivije na gorak ukus kafe paradoksalno upravo one koje je najvi\u0161e piju.<\/p>\n<p>Genetika je ne\u0161to izra\u017eenija u percepciji gor\u010dine nego u percepciji slatko\u0107e, objasnio je Daniel Liang-Dar Hwang. Percepcija ukusa tako\u0111e je pod uticajem na\u0161eg stajali\u0161ta. Iako prirodno ljudi ne vole gor\u010dinu, mo\u017eemo nau\u010diti u\u017eivati u gorkoj hrani, objasnio je istra\u017eiva\u010d. Dodaje da \u0107e osobe manje osjetljive na gor\u010dinu mo\u0107i lak\u0161e nau\u010diti u\u017eivati u ukusu gorke hrane.<\/p>\n<p>Studija je utemeljena na genetskim podacima pribli\u017eno 438.000 Britanaca koji su u\u010destvovali u studiji i ne odnosi se na druge zemlje i kulture.
