Sve posolite i poslu\u017eite za doru\u010dak.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>June\u0107a kapama od koprive<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Potrebno: 1 ka\u0161ika ulja, 1 glavica crnog luka, 3 \u010dene bijelog luka,300g koprive, 200 grama spana\u0107a, 500 grama junetine isje\u010dene na kockice, malo soli, malo bra\u0161na, malo bibera.<\/p>\n<p>Kockice junetine uvaljajte u bra\u0161no pa ih prepr\u017eite na ulju. Kada uhvate koricu pokupite ih na tanjir. U ulju u kojem se pr\u017eila junetina porodinstajte bijeli i crni luk pa mu dodajte obarenu koprivu i svje\u017e spana\u0107. Sve dinstajte dok zeleni\u0161 potpuno omek\u0161a. Dodajte malo vode (samo da ogrezne povr\u0107e) i kockice junetine. Sve posolite i pustite da se kr\u010dka oko sat vremena. Poslu\u017eite toplo uz ka\u0161iku kiselog mlijeka.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Proja sa koprivom<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Potrebno je:3 jaja, 100 g pavlake, 1 ka\u0161ika kajmaka, 1 ka\u0161ika ulja ili maslaca, 500 grama mlade koprive, 100 sitnog sira, malo jogurta, 100 grama bijelog bra\u0161na, 1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo, malo soli i 400 g projinog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Koprivu obariti pa u obarenu i procije\u0111enu koprivu dodati jaja, sir, pavlaku, kajmak, maslac, jogurt i umutiti. Dodati so i bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i projino bra\u0161no. Sve sjediniti i pe\u0107i u rerni na 220 stepeni oko pola sata.
