Ne!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di iz Velike Britanije su ustanovili da bi se sposobnost na\u0161eg organizma da zdravo razgra\u0111uje hranljive materije drasti\u010dno popravila ukoliko ne bismo popili kafu prije doru\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p>Ispituju\u0107i efekte koje lo\u0161 san i jutarnje ispijanje kafe ima na niz razli\u010ditih metaboli\u010dkih markera, nau\u010dnici sa britanskog Univerziteta u Batu su otkrili da, iako lo\u0161 san negativno uti\u010de na na\u0161 metabolizam, pijenje kafe prije doru\u010dka, negativno uti\u010de na nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.<\/p>\n<p>S obzirom na va\u017enost odr\u017eavanja nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi na sigurnom nivou kako bi se smanjio rizik od stanja kao \u0161to su dijabetes i bolesti srca, istra\u017eiva\u010di vjeruju da bi ovi rezultati mogli imati \u201edalekose\u017ene\u201c zdravstvene posljedice.<\/p>\n<p>U njihovoj studiji, \u010diji rezultati su objavljeni u British Journal of Nutrition, 29 zdravih mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena pro\u0161lo je kroz tri razli\u010dita eksperimenta nasumi\u010dnim redosljedom.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultati su pokazali da jedna no\u0107 poreme\u0107enog sna nije pogor\u0161ala odgovor organizma na glukozni sirup u pore\u0111enju sa normalnom no\u0107nom snom.
