Me\u0111u njima su sirovo vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e, koje je, iako bogato vitaminima i mineralima, te\u0161ko svarljivo na po\u010detku dana.<\/p>\n<p>Jogurt, ma koliko bio zdrav zbog dobrih bakterija koje posjeduje, ne uspijeva da ih &#8220;progura&#8221; do crijeva, jer ih prethodno &#8220;ubije&#8221; kiselina koju stvara prazan \u017eeludac.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, situacija se mijenja ako u njega ubacite ora\u0161aste plodove, avokado ili nekoliko ka\u0161ika ovsenih pahuljica.
