Zamjena zasla\u0111enog napitka dijetalnim umanjuje rizik, zaklju\u010dili su nau\u010dlici. Ipak, rizik se ponovno pove\u0107ava ako pijete vi\u0161e od \u010detiri limenke dijetalnnog napitka dnevno, prenosi Net.hr.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi utvrdili koliko gazirana pi\u0107a uti\u010du na rizik od smrti, istra\u017eiva\u010di su analizirali 80.647 \u017eena i 37.716 mu\u0161karaca. Sve u\u010desnike su ispitivali o zdravlju i \u017eivotnim navikama svake dvije godine. Rezultati su pokazali kako oni koji piju dvije ili vi\u0161e limenaka dnevno imaju 31 odsto ve\u0107e izglede za sr\u010dane bolesti u pore\u0111enju s onima koji gazirano piju manje od jednom mjese\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Va\u017eno je ista\u0107i i to da svaka dodatna limenka na dan pove\u0107ava rizik jo\u0161 deset odsto. Pored sr\u010danih bolesti, gazirani napici pove\u0107avaju rizik od prerane smrti od bilo kojeg uzroka 21 odsto.
