U tijelu postoji teku\u0107ina koja poma\u017ee varenju i ako pijete vodu prije jela, ne samo da razrje\u0111ujete teku\u0107inu nego i uznemiravate organizam u toku varenja. Zbog toga se ne preporu\u010duje da pijete vodu prije jela. A ako ipak to odlu\u010dite uraditi, popijte je pola sata prije nego po\u010dnete jesti&#8221;, rekla je nutricionistkinja Anju Sood.<\/p>\n<p>Ona tako\u0111er savjetuje da ne ijete vodu u toku jela jer ona ote\u017eava crijevima i \u017eelucu da na normalan na\u010din vare ono \u0161to ste pojeli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Neki ljudi koji piju vodu uz obroke imaju pro\u0161irena crijeva&#8221;, rekla je.<\/p>\n<p>U njenim istra\u017eivanjima se navodi da se ne treba &#8220;pretrpavati&#8221; vodom nakon jela jer \u0107e vas ona &#8220;napuhati&#8221; te \u0107ete poremetiti normalan proces varenja i br\u017ee \u0107ete postati ponovo gladni. Predla\u017ee da sa\u010dekate pola sata prije nego popijete vodu poslije jela.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Moja preporuka jeste da podijelite dva litra vode na \u010ditav dan i postepeno pijete, tako da se nikad ne prepunite.
