Kada se drasti\u010dno smanji unos ugljenih hidrata vrlo brzo dolazi do smanjenja koli\u010dine Candide u organizmu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zabranjena hrana:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>sve vrste \u017eitarica (p\u0161enica, ra\u017e, je\u010dam, ovas, kukuruz, heljda, pirina\u010d, proso\u2026) i proizvodi od \u017eitarica (hljeb i peciva).<\/p>\n<p>sve vrste slatki\u0161a i \u0161e\u0107era (\u0161e\u0107er zamijeniti prirodnim zasla\u0111iva\u010dem \u2013 stevijom)<\/p>\n<p>industrijski obra\u0111ena hrana (konzumirati samo hranu koja mo\u017ee da se napravi u sopstvenoj kuhinji od svje\u017eih namirnica)<\/p>\n<p>obrano mlijeko i mlje\u010dni proizvodi (obrano mlijeko ima manje masti ali ima vi\u0161e mlje\u010dnog \u0161e\u0107era \u2013 laktoze koji hrani gljivicu)<\/p>\n<p>od povr\u0107a \u2013 krompir<\/p>\n<p>od vo\u0107a \u2013 izuzetno slatko vo\u0107e (banane, gro\u017e\u0111e) i suvo vo\u0107e<\/p>\n<p>rafinisana biljna ulja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Namirnice koje se preporu\u010duju u antikandid dijeti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>povr\u0107e (sve sem krompira)<\/p>\n<p>meso \u2013 sve vrste, bez ograni\u010denja<\/p>\n<p>riba i plodovi mora<\/p>\n<p>punomasni mlje\u010dni proizvodi \u2013 masni sirevi (45%masno\u0107e), pavlaka, maslac<\/p>\n<p>vo\u0107e \u2013 sa manje \u0161e\u0107era (limun, pomorand\u017ea, grej, kivi, kisele jabuke) i to umjereno (jedna vo\u0107ka na dan)<\/p>\n<p>ko\u0161tunjavi plodovi \u2013 lje\u0161nik, bademi, orasi i sve vrste sjemenki<\/p>\n<p>hladno cije\u0111ena i nerafinisana biljna ulja, \u017eivotinjske masno\u0107e<\/p>\n<p>Ishrana siroma\u0161na ugljenim hidratima, a bogata mastima (LCHF ishrana) ne\u0107e negativno uticati na nivo holesterola i proces ateroskleroze.
