Ve\u0161ta\u010dko svetlo mo\u017ee negativno uticati na zdravlje celog tela, a istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da \u010dak i blago ve\u0161ta\u010dko svetlo tokom spavanja mo\u017ee o\u0161tetiti mozak, prenose mediji u regionu<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u0161ta\u010dko svetlo pove\u0107ava nivo hormona stresa tokom no\u0107i, a u\u010destalo izlaganje takvom svetlu tokom spavanja pove\u0107ava rizik od nastanka hroni\u010dne upale, inzulinske otpornosti i bolesti kardiovaskularnog sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Spavanje uz ve\u0161ta\u010dko svetlo mo\u017ee prouzrokovati nesanicu i hormonalnu neravnote\u017eu. Melatonin je taj koji sni\u017eava nivo krvnog pritiska, glukoze i telesne temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Osloba\u0111anje melatonina se dramati\u010dno smanjuje uz prisutnost svetla. Nau\u010dnici su ustanovili da osobe koje spavaju uz ve\u0161ta\u010dko svetlo imaju za 50 odsto manje melatonina u telu.
