Evo nekoliko znakova koji bi mogli ukazivati na to da vam nedostaju proteini:<\/p>\n<p>Imate nekontrolisanu \u017eelju za slatkim<\/p>\n<p>Proteini odr\u017eavaju osje\u0107aj sitosti dugo nakon obroka i poma\u017eu odr\u017eavanju nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Ako vam kosa nenormalno otpada, mo\u017eda vam nedostaje bjelan\u010devina u ihrani.<\/p>\n<p>Stalno ste umorni<\/p>\n<p>Ovdje ne govorimo o osje\u0107aju o\u0161amu\u0107enosti kad se probudite, nego o osje\u0107aju umora koji vas prati tokom cijelog dana. Ako vas usred dana uhvati jaka \u017eelja za odmorom, vjerovatno vam nedostaje proteina. Osje\u0107aj umora ne mora biti samo fizi\u010dki. Mentalni nedostatak motivacije tako\u0111e je ponekad povezan s nedostatkom proteina.<\/p>\n<p>Uvijek ste gladni<\/p>\n<p>Proteini \u0107e vas zasiti i do sljede\u0107eg obroka ne\u0107ete pomisliti na nezdrave grickalice.
