Samo 100 grma vo\u0107a dnevno mo\u017eete produ\u017eiti va\u0161 \u017eivotni vijek za nekoliko godina.<\/p>\n<p>Jabuka srednje veli\u010dine te\u017ei upravo oko 100 grama. <\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di su sedam godina pratili \u017eivotne navike vi\u0161e od pola milijuna odraslih Koneza i Kineskinja. Utvr\u0111no je da su osobe koje su dnevno praktikovale da pojedu samo jedan komad vo\u0107a smanjile rizik od smrti koja je posljedica sr\u010dane bolesti.
