Bank iz njujor\u0161kog Centra za dermatologiju, i dodaje &#8216;ako radite fizi\u010dki posao ili svaki dan provodite barem sat vremena vje\u017ebaju\u0107i, onda bi se svakako trebali tu\u0161irati jednom dnevno.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ako ne obavljate fizi\u010dki posao i ne znojite se zbog vje\u017ebanja, tu\u0161irati se mo\u017eete dva do tri puta sedmi\u010dno&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ako ne pripadate ovoj grupi ljudi, stru\u010dnjak savjetuje da se mo\u017eete tu\u0161irati i svaki drugi dan i svejedno ostati \u010disti.
