Zamoljeni su da jedu 50 g dnevno jednog od ovih zasla\u0111iva\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Pri kraju istra\u017eivanja, dokazano je da sva tri zasla\u0111iva\u010da imaju jednak uticaj na dobrovoljce. Nivo triglicerida, lipida koji mo\u017ee da izazove rizik od sr\u010danih bolesti, pove\u0107ao se kod svih ispitanika, bez obzira koji su zasla\u0111iva\u010d koristili.<\/p>\n<p>Upravo zbog ovog istra\u017eivanja, nutricionista Sara Stener upozorava da med ne bi trebalo smatrati &#8216;zdravim izborom&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Naglasila je i da med sadr\u017ei dosta kalorija. &#8216;Ka\u0161i\u010dica meda sadr\u017ei 23 kalorije i 6 g \u0161e\u0107era dok \u0161e\u0107er sadr\u017ei 16 kalorija i 4 g \u0161e\u0107era..
