Biljke se pomije\u0161aju, a zatim uzmu dvije ka\u0161i\u010dice i preliju sa 2,5 dl vrele vode. Ostavi se da odstoji pola sata, a zatim procijedi i pije u malim gutljajima, prije jela ujutru i prije spavanja uve\u010de. Dok se uzima lijek, trebalo bi da se izbjegava alkohol, prevreli sirevi, \u010dokolada, izlaganje suncu ili odlazak u solarijum.
