U rezoluciji se ocjenjuje da zahtjev EU za 55 odsto opredijeljenih gradjana za nezavisnost nije bio demokratski i da ne smije postati presedan za buduce referendume.<\/p>\n<p>Delegacija Crne Gore, koja je imala status specijalnog gosta u Parlamentarnoj skupstini SE, pozdravila je rezoluciju , a predstavnik Crne Gore u Parlamentarnoj skupstini SE Ivan Brajovic je rekao da je vrlo zadovoljan, posebno zakljuckom da je kriterijum za uspjeh referenduma bio nedemokratski.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Parlamentarna skupstina Savjeta Evrope usvjila je juce rezoluciju o posledicama referenduma u Crnoj Gori.
