To zna\u010di da je najbolji na\u010din da u organizam unesete najve\u0107u dozu antioksidansa da pojedete belu &#8220;ko\u017eicu&#8221; koja se nalazi u unutra\u0161njosti ploda uz koru, tvrdi se u knjizi &#8220;25 fantasti\u010dnih \u010dinjenica o hrani&#8221; autora Majka Adamsa i Dejvida Gutijereza.<\/p>\n<p>Naringenin<\/p>\n<p>Najbolji od flavonoida u tom belom &#8220;mesu&#8221; je naringenin, koji se mo\u017ee na\u0107i u svim agrumima i u kori paradajza. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala, da naringenin i srodni citrusni flavonoidi mogu da poprave o\u0161te\u0107enja DNK koja vode do nastanka raka, a druga istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da naringerin mo\u017ee da stimuli\u0161e jetru da spali vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e i vrati debele mi\u0161eve na normalnu te\u017einu, prenosi portal Natural News.<\/p>\n<p>Naime, nau\u010dnici su u laboratorijskim uslovima hranili mi\u0161eve hranom bogatom mastima i izazvali im simptome metaboli\u010dkog sindroma.
